Immaculate car, first-class service!

AUDI S5 Black Edition

We picked up this absolutely beautiful Audi S5 yesterday from James, the car is amazing and we are very happy with it.
It was such a pleasure to deal with a genuine honest dealer as they are very few and far between these days. He was very accommodating with our 2 young children and even let them sit in his lovely BMW I8 that was in the showroom. We wouldn't hesitate to buy again from J.A.Jarvis

Mercedes Convertible

I bought a Mercedes convertible from James. What a brilliant experience. I was around 200 miles and James provided video description showing the car operating and loads of photos, answering all my questions. I was very confident travelling down that I would be buying the car. This is how buying a car should be.

We’ve just collected the fourth car we’ve bought from James, this time using his sourcing service, which capitalises on his excellent knowledge of the market and the different cars that suit our needs. He gave us great advice and cars that would suit, and those that wouldn’t, then found and secured a superb low mileage X3 35d for us. I’d recommend James to anyone looking for a great quality, and incredibly well prepared car.

Honest and Professional

I was pleasantly surprised with James who was very honest and helpful. He had the Gearbox Oil Service done on the car without my asking.... to make sure the car was handed over in the best condition. I was impressed by his high standards and would have no hesitation buying another car from him. Highly recommended.

Mercedes GLC AMG43

James made buying my new car so easy. I didn’t want to change vehicles but due to the new ULEZ rules that are likely to happen soon, I really had no choice.
James was so helpful and friendly to deal with, he sorted the paperwork of new ownership, changing personal plates etc quickly and efficiently and was always just a phone call away!
Nothing was too much trouble for him, not even all my daft questions!
I highly recommend JA Jarvis.

James is a pleasure to deal with, made the whole process of buying a car super easy, the cars he sells are of great quality and his attention to detail is brilliant. James's communication is excellent and i was always able to reach him if i had a question. I never once felt pressured during the process.

I found the service extremely accomodating, flexible and he even collected me from the local train station on the day i came to pick up my new car, he spent time going over all the features in the car too.

I have had zero problems with my new car since i bought it in October and I'm still absolutely delighted with it. Thanks!

Bought a 6 series from James last week, absolutely superb service, not pushy in anyway whatsoever and was very helpful with all my questions, all done remotely and James drove down the next day in the car and drove back in my part ex. Car was exactly as described and the perfect purchase to do the 550 mile round trip to and from Cornwall.

We actually sold James our car after he responded to our ad but by complete chance he had the car we were considering in stock. James was massively knowledgable and really patient with all our questions (and decision making process). James never once pushed for the sale and let the quality of his stock and his depth of knowledge instil buying confidence. The videos and photos James provided answered pretty much every question I had about the spec, but James was knowledgeable about the vehicle and it was clear he knows how to do his research - and is a lover of all things automotive.
The buying process after the test drive was easy, and in the midst of the fuel-crisis even topped it up with some V Power for the long drive home!
Absolutely recommended.

Excellent customer service. James is a friendly and polite guy. He will answer my questions at once. When the car is arrived, James will introduce how its work and share his experience with the car. After selling, James will answer my questions enthusiastically as well.
