Starting life as a three seater pickup, this genuine low mileage example has been reimagined as a North American Specification convertible, now seating six by respected Land Rover specialists, Burcham.

The comprehensive modifications made to this vehicle improve every aspect of day to day use through practicality and comfort without sacrificing the classic styling and overall feel of a Defender.

Modifications to the rear include a super strong Exmoor Trim internal safety roll cage in satin black covered with a full length sand hood featuring side and rear roll-up windows. All four rear passenger seats are foldable with sand seat covers and static lap belts, all supplied through Exmoor. The flooring is covered in a genuine Land Rover rubber mat for protection and sound deadening.

Up front, the seats are also trimmed with Puma covers in sand with a contrasting black raised cubby box with luxury leather armrest, whilst an upgraded Alpine headunit with USB connection provides the in car audio.

External modifications are plentiful but subtle and include fold down side steps, Safari snorkle, Climair wind deflectors, satin black front grille & headlight surrounds, powerful Trucklight LED headlights with smoked ancillary lights, Wildbear rock sliders, front & rear mudflaps, Flatdog steering guard, Masai swingaway spare wheel carrier and NAS rear step and tow bar.
A set of genuine 16" boost alloy wheels are finished stornoway grey with diamond cut lip and wrapped in Continental cross contact tyres. These fill the arches beautifully thanks to front and rear wheel spacers to complete the aggressive look.

The entire underside of this Defender has had full Dinitrol rust proofing covering the chassis, door bottoms, A pillars, engine bay and rear cappings to ensure full protection from the elements for years to come.

Power has increased to 160bhp from the standard 122 thanks to a bespoke ECU remap and all coolant hoses have been upgraded.

Despite the low mileage, the Defender has had 3 services with Land Rover between 2017 - 20 and has just had a full service undertaken by Independent Land Rover specialists, SLR in October 2021 and new MOT through to November 2022.
